Hi! I'm Haylee. I ship out MWF will occasionally do a Tuesday if Monday seems busy If you purchase a bundle over 5 lbs you will be required to purchase an “extra box” to ship your items in. violetlure This seller, Haylee, is TERRIBLE. I never comment negatively, but this was so ridiculous that I had to. I purchased 9 items from her on June 11th, I immediately sent her a kind message thanking her, she didn’t respond (that's ok). On June 16th, I sent a message politely asking her when the items would get shipped out. Throughout this time, I saw she was online but not responding to my messages. On June 19th, she sent me a message stating that she would ship out that day

violetlure I immediately sent her a sweet message congratulating her on something in her life she had shared, and thanking her for updating me on the shipment status. On June 20th, I saw that she had still not shipped out my items, so, I sent her a message asking her if she will ship out that day. She canceled my order 10 days after I initially made the purchase, without the respect or courtesy of responding to my messages or letting me know why she canceled. I have never dealt with a seller like this

violetlure Incredibly inconsiderate. I have already told my friends who shop on Poshmark about this seller, Haylee, because we shop on Poshmark so much. If one of us has a really good experience with a seller, we tell each other because my friends and I have the same taste, and we like to support great sellers. If one of us has a bad experience with a seller, we tell each other so we don’t deal with them in the future
