Anyway it was quite generous for you to leave me with two stars, I am so sorry this happened. Is there something I can do do make it up to you? I should’ve product tested before I sent out. dragonfly_flash @weehermione hi! The backpack itself cost me $15, and the patch was $3. So I actually lost money. ($16.80 profit after Posh’s took 20%)How about I offer you $10 credit on your next purchase from my closet? I have 550 items right now & I add more almost daily. Alternatively, you could take up a case with posh & send it all back to me for full refund. I feel so bad about having let your kindergartner down! I have two kids so I get it. Xxo ren
