@model4shawna yes I did I scheduled redelivery and they never delivered it so I tried againn & they still haven't tried to redeliver yet .. idk wat else to do

@h_rucker sorry that is very frustrating. call them (not 800 number you gave to search in locations on usps.com) and give them a tracking number or even better put in a complaint case online they have to look into it for you. Provide the tracking number.
