camillehshea Heather. I am concerned that your purchase has not been delivered. I just checked the tracking information and the USPS has had the package since July 22. I am puzzled as to why they have held it for so long. So sorry but this is out of my control.

camillehshea Good morning, Heather. I just spoke to the post office and they said that shipments may be delayed because of COVID. The 2 day priority shipping label does not guarantee delivery in two days for that reason. I cannot file a claim until 30 days have past. We do know it has made it’s way to Shreveport so I hope it will be delivered in the next day or two. This is the first time I have had a problem with a shipment. So sorry it has happened but there is nothing I can do.

hspendarvis @amandabeam1134 I had a posher who wanted me to email me about an item. And I did. She emailed me back offered $50 extra for me to hold the item for her. Then she’d send me a cashier’s ck and arrange to pay for shipping. This seems very off to me. Also, tonight I got a mess on Posh giving me a phone number and asking for additional pictures when I had provided plenty in the post. Is this normal???

amandabeam1134 @hspendarvis I never send anything off line this s is almost always scammers. They are fishing for info (email, phone numbers, passwords, bank info, anything they can use). When I get requests like that I just politely say that I only do transactions through Posh; then I never hear anything else from them.

camillehshea @hspendarvis I just read the remarks about the situation about email etc. You got good advice. Never do business offline. Don’t give out your email address ever! One more thing. Report the people who ask for this. PM needs to know. Do you know how to do this?

camillehshea @hspendarvis When you go to a Sellers’s closet, look in the upper right hand corner above the information about how many listings, shares, followers and you will see three little dots. Press those and you will have the option to report the user. That’s all you have to do. The seller will not know you reported them. Poshmark will take it from there
