bettilg @heather_conner Don't worry about bothering me, hon...Happy to help. If you get a notice that someone added a listing in your closet to a bundle, they are probably looking to see if you have a bundle discount. I just looked and didn't see one, and you don't have to have one. It's just another sales tool you can use. My bundle discount right now is 20% off two or more items. Does that help? If you have more questions about it, just let me know! :-)

bettilg @heather_conner BTW, Posh does allow trading but they don't support it. In other words, you and the other person both pay to ship your items, and if it arrives amd it's not what you thought you were getting, there's not much you can do about it. Just be careful. :-)

bettilg @heather_conner I checked the FAQ, and all sales are considered final. I would tell folks who ask about returns that they will have to reposh if they don't like the glasses. Hope that helps, and I'm sure Carolyn will have good advice when she's able to respond. :-)

51twenty Add to the bundle - that's our new feature accidentally Poshers are hitting that by mistake. You can check to see if you've hit it by mistake by going to your "likes" at the top the middle subheading is "bundles" tap on that. If there are items in there you can switch those to "likes" or X out of them. @bettilg

51twenty You've probably got someone excited that you were going to bundle. That's what the tool is for. They can pick 2 or more items in your closet add them to that button and checkout all without communicating with you. Neat. @bettilg @bettilg

heather_conner @bettilg Hi!! Long time no talk. I have another question for you. What do you do when people make such low offers its almost offensive? I don't want to be mean, but when the same person makes ridiculously low offers over and over its kind of frustrating. Any recommendations?

bettilg @heather_conner I don't sell high end items so I really don't have much experience here, but I've seen a couple of things in other closets. You can try creating a separate listing about how to make offers like the one I tagged you in. Always respond to offers made in the comments by requesting they use the offer button. That way no one sees your negotiations.

bettilg @heather_conner And since it's the same person, I would suggest telling them very politely but firmly that your items are high end, authentic, and reasonably priced and you won't respond to any further attempts to low-ball.
