croweart Hi Heather! Yes, any time you lower a price, all of the people who have it "liked" will be notified of the price drop (but not when you raise it back up). If the price is dropped 20% or more, there is a chance that some of the people will get a reduced shipping rate, but no guarantee. And it can be all or partial drop. cont...

croweart Unfortunately, you will not be notified, only the customer can see in her feed if there is a price. You can ask, but it can't be incorporated into the price of the item, so best not to rely on that at all. It's just a perk for the customer if it happens! Hope that helps! croweart Also, after you have dropped an item by 20% or more, the item is no longer eligible for shipping reductions. For example, if you drop an item from $25 to $20, and someone is offered a reduced shipping, but does not buy, you can increase the items price back to $25, but the next time you place it on sale, no one will be offered the reduced shipping. It's only on first time 20% or more saled items.

croweart What you can do to offer it to customers is make a new listing at a higher price, ask them to like it, then reduce to the agreed upon price, and possibly they will be offered reduced pricing. Its inconvenient, but sometimes works!
