mendywingo Hi. I recently received a bag I purchased and after further inspection, I cannot find the date stamp that shown in the pictures. Can you please help me with this? If this is not the bag I paid for, I need to return it. The pictures clearly showed a date stamp which I researched before purchase. I cannot find this anywhere on this bag? Maybe the wrong bag was mailed? I’d like to resolve the issue immediately. Thank you kindly. Mendy Wingo

styleunltd @mendywingo Hi! Look inside the front pocket along the seam. I can't remember if it's left or right side. I should have put some kind of sticker on it because it's a tricky one. Took me awhile to find it!

mendywingo @styleunltd there is no date stamp in this bag. I have taken exhaustive photos. I would like a full refund or for the bag which I paid for to be shipped as replacement for this. This is NOT the bag I paid for. I’m so very disappointed. This was my Mother’s Day present. The leather of this bag isn’t as light as the bag pictured, but I assumed that was maybe a flash issue. Obviously, it was not a flash issue, but I received a completely different bag altogether!!

styleunltd @mendywingo I'm sorry that you feel this way. I can assure you that the bag you were sent is exactly the bag that was photographed. This is a small consignment store. The bag is the only one I have. As I said, the date stamp is hard to locate but obviously you are not happy with the bag overall. I will refund you. Again, I'm sorry that you feel this way. Let me research how I'm to go about your refund since you accepted the bag and funds have been released.

mendywingo @styleunltd I found it!!! It was not on the outside pocket, but in the crease of the inner pocket. I researched where they were located and used a flashlight and was able to find it!! Thank goodness!!! My sincere apologies for the fuss. I’m leaving my positive feedback as it is! Again, I am so very sorry!

styleunltd @mendywingo no worries! I'm glad you found it! Then I doubted myself where it was. I knew it was a tricky one but then I put it up in the beginning of all THIS and wasn't exactly sure if I remembered correctly. Like I said, we're a small consignment store and don't have a bunch of Louis to mix up, lol. Enjoy and happy belated Mother's Day!
