willowdancer Heather! The protocol son returns or ur denim jacket! It took a jaunt around the country before finally coming home. I'm guessing they played soccer with the package a few times, but oddly the box is all that suffered trauma lol, the jacket, tissue it was wrapped in & address label were all fine so I have no idea why it was undeliverable, regardless a faceless bandit didn't steal it & the mystery is solved. Are you still interested lol

k_abercrombie Hi Heather! I just pulled the white Kaari Blue dress you purchased and noticed that the title of the listing was Kaari Blue Petite Desert Oasis White Lace Dress Sz L. I'm not sure why it stated "Petite" the dress is not a petite size. It is a regular large. The measurements are in the listing along with pics of the label & tag. I just wanted to make sure that's okay.

pam1116 Hello Heather. Thanks for your purchase of the Cole Haan shoes. When preparing to ship them to you, I noticed that the shoe bag was quite wrinkled from storage. I attempted to iron it out with a cool iron, but as soon as I touched the iron to the bag it burned a hole in the bag. The shoes are still in perfect condition.I apologize for damaging the bag.
