@shop_darcylane this has been extremely disappointing. I was sent another customers order and was flexible by sending it out to your correct buyer. In the meantime I finally received my order which was wrong. I understand that you’ve contacted PM and they haven’t responded but I have 2 items here that I cannot use and have requested a refund. I’ve spent soooooo much time on this and it’s upsetting.

You can keep the items you purchased. I still have not heard from Poshmark Support, so if I send you a prepaid mailing label myself and then resell the items for the same price I will make almost no profit. Once again, I sincerely apologize.

@shop_darcylane but how would I send you my email address privately? I understand that you’d be making no profit but I’d think that there would be willingness to accept that after multiple mistakes were made at my expense. I just don’t want my email address advertised on Poshmark.

@tiquisia please disregard my last comment, I got confused about which buyer I was responding to! I must have received a bad batch of dresses, because an order I shipped out the same day as yours had the same problem! If they issue you a refund you can just re-order another dress. But message me first and let me know the size and color and I will open it and make sure everything is OK before I ship it to you this time!
