Hahaha okay funny story... that sweatshirt I kept one because I'm always cold. And I'm actually wearing it right now and it's like 75 outside HA. Velvet gets hot too. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it though which is nice. 😂😘

Omgosh you have no idea!!! I always keep so many items. It's bad!!! I did start buying some items that I don't personally like but that I think would sell well just so I'm not tempted ha. Like camo print. I personally don't care for it but it's popular.

Hahaha same. I ALMOST kept the shirt you bought. Was so close. I told myself if it didn't sell by July 1st I would. Thank you for saving me from keeping another item ha. I can't ever shop that vendor again though. They are in Australia and the shipping fees were enough to kill me. I actually make $1 off every one sold. THATS how insanely priced the shipping / import fees were. Never again. Ha. Lesson learned. And sweetie camo, polka dots, pastels and florals. All the summer trends 💕

I'll tell you right now, having a mixed closet is the hardest thing to sell items. It confuses buyers. Very seldom do you have a buyer that wants both boutique and used items. So they will come to your closet and be looking for one or the other. A thrifter will be scared away by boutique prices and a boutique buyer will be turned off by used or non boutique items. I truly think you need to pick one or the other or open a second closet for your boutique.

@styledbuyv yeah, I was thinking that but then I'd have no stats in my boutique closet, is that bad? I have so many of my own items to sell I definitely can't stop my personal closet. I share my whole closet 2 's a day but am constantly sharing items all day long. I sell my own items pretty well, I just don't see how people make this a business. I would love to but it's not paning out well yet

Of course it's not bad sweetie. You have to start somewhere. Just follow and share everyone you can to bring numbers up and eventually you will get a sale. Think about it this way, you've only made 1 boutique sale so far. You have to find an entirely different audience now with your boutique items so this is a great time to start. Be patient it absolutely will pay off.

@autumn7321 honestly I did and I wish I never had. I'm an LLC and they charged me 22% at tax time on anything I "made" - it was so awful. You should talk to an accountant if you want to find best option. But personally I think you should try the boutique thing out first without one to see if it's truly what you want. It's so so so much work and you'd hate to get locked in you know?

I wore it the day you bought it and I made a huge mistake wearing it with a long rhinestone necklace and the necklace snagged on it all day and ruined my top :( just a heads up since it kinda snags easily due to that french Terry fabric.
