They eyeshadow pallet that u purchased is fake. All her makeup are fake probably everything name brand. We all reported our purchases to posh today & they already approved a few , even if u got & released the payment u can still report & ask for return label its scam to sell fake as an authentic . They have 0 quality

Under the listing u purchase , go to problem/ order inquiry report for selling fake . Poshmark already proved some cases & returned their money . I'm still waiting it usually takes a day or two till they review ur case . U need to send them pictures as well . She blocked all her buyers today she knows she is guilty

Yes . The quality was way different , the other user found out from fake serial number & someone said hey shadow pallet was dull with no color . These are cheap Chinese stuff from online websites like aliexpress & so ...

@samanassiri thanks babe! She sure did make a ton of money. The palette had NO serial number and it doesn't smell like peach at all!!! Plus the colors are way off. I hope poshmark has good customer service because I was super excited to join. Plus the product was my special gift!

Good to hear that , I have it too , they sent me the shipping label yesterday & I guess we have 48h to send it back . But I'm on lake house on vacation will be back Monday so il not messing with my days off for someone else's mistake , if posh do not accept the label I'll happily report her guilty a** to police department on her area .

@kamilahuber yes, for $19 it's definitely fake! I didn't really know what I was doing and a couple girls told me it was fake after I bought it. I then realized no serial numbers and the packaging was different. Made me so sad because I just wanted something to treat myself. Such a bummer. Luckily posh is refunding me after I send the palette back.

@boots512 we are talking about A particular seller. But there are a lot of fakes going around. Apparently you can tell from the serial number. Although that's not always reliable because someone can fake a legit serial number.

For sure. It can be so confusing. My authentic palette actually does NOT have a serial number on the actual palette, only on the box with the barcode. And I know mine is authentic because I bought it at Ulta the day they were released. I'm glad you got your money back. Take care girlfriend! ❤️💄💋

@ocdginger I have been looking for morphe palettes. I also love too faced. Although I have PB&J, was just thinking about getting one for an xmas gift. I've never tried KVD lippies. Always looking for foundations/concealers/setting powders. And any palette I may like that I can afford! Starting to love KVD and I think you do too from what I can see! Oh, and ABH brow stuff. But I know there are a gazillion fakes. ❤️

@heatherhello the only time I have ever gotten snippy was at the seven-day Mark when it did not show that anything is shipped. I was positive I was getting scammed. So I cancelled the order but it turns out that Poshmark shipping system had not read it correctly. When the item arrived a couple days later I contacted the original seller and made sure that they were compensated and then sent her a small gift bag. Personally I just think it is human decency.

@ocdginger awww, yeah that was so nice of you. Selling anything is all about customer service. If you are nasty to customers, they won't come back. I could tell these buyers didn't know much about makeup or exclusive items and sold out products. So they were asking. The way these buyers were acting I was appalled!!

@heatherhello oh yes! Kat Von D is my absolute favorite brand! I have a couple pallets that I am currently selling as well as one or two others that I have debated on selling. I had the morphe 35o but I sold it. And to be honest I only use drugstore foundations, powders , and eyebrow stuff. I do have some high-end highlighters and blushes and bronzer and a couple of Kat Von D eyeliners. I am planning on getting more.

@heatherhello so the only thing that I would have for sale is bronzer or eyeshadow palettes to be honest. I have the pallets that I have listed and then I also have the Kat Von D shade and light eye that I have been debating on selling. It is absolutely beautiful but to be honest I just use the ladybird palette all the time LOL I mean if I keep it I will use it eventually, I just have not been getting a lot of use out of it recently. Do you have any of the chocolate bar or bon bon palettes?

@heatherhello I thought you liked the Ludwig palette. Is that the one you like the most? Or which ones do you like the most? Also as a precaution she just know that if you buy any liquid lipsticks of any kind and somebody says that they are sanitize it is not possible to fully sanitize a liquid lipstick that has a tube because you cannot sanitize the inside without damaging the product

@heatherhello so stick with either a new in box or regular lipsticks because regular lipsticks you can scrape the top layer off and then spray or dip and 91% alcohol and they will be fine. That is why I will never sell my liquid lipsticks

@heatherhello no problem doll! I have since sold the lady bird and Beethoven palette, but I would highly recommend the Chrysalis and Monarch palette both! The Chrysalis especially if you love jewel tones! They are absolutely fabulous and you will not find many on here that are genuine for that good of a price! As crazy as it sounds I almost purchased it as a backup LOL but if you still loved one of the pallets I currently have available let me know!

Also I wanted to tell you, I bought my first KVD palette two months ago, serpentina, and I haven't used it yet lol! I want to but I keep being a chicken! Since I have hooded eyes, it's harder for me to get the fancy looks. I can do them on other people though!
