You would probably have to email Posh to see. I've never incountered this problem. However, PoshMark has always handled any problem very fairly for new Poshers as well as the seller. Has it already shipped?

The only other option is to rePosh them. I've did that more times than I can count. Lol. And believe it or not, sometimes you get more than you paid. Lol. I wish I could give you more help. Good look sweetie.
