justshelly64 Hi, you purchased a Size 12 Black loft Dress from me today. When I arrived home from work and started to package the dress I noticed a couple white spots on the upper back of the dress. I have no idea what it is but I can’t get it out. I am so sorry, but don’t want to ship defective items. I’m going to cancel the sale and hopefully you’ll get your money back instantly. I was unable to understand your comment about the label as perhaps there was a word or two missing from your statement . It was clearly labeled and clearly described as such. It has always been washed just like any other jean jacket I have owned and sold. I hope you are able to find some joy and fun in wearing your Kut Jacket.
