tsnyc1 Heather thank you for your purchase and rating. I was told to try using a magic eraser on shoes. I was afraid to do that before I sent them to you. You may want to ask Cole Haan what to do. I originally paid almost 200.00 for those shoes. I only sold them because my feet grew after pregnancy. Cheers trace
