annandkell Hi Heather. Thanks for purchasing my Under Armour headbands. I shipped them on Jan 9 but there’s been no update from USPS tracking on the shipment since Jan 11th. I keep hoping the package will reappear but wanted to let you know I did contact Posh Support to let them know of the situation. I have had this happen in the past as the recipient and eventually the package did arrive so fingers crossed this one does as well. I’m so sorry. Ann + Kell

annandkell @hharmon09 Hi again! An update. I contacted Poshmark support 4 days ago & they have not responded so I will contact them again today. I might suggest you do as well so they respond to one of us! I called my post office where your package was sent from & they said that mail is backed up in your area bc so many employees are out with Covid. She said she’s seen packages turn up later than this & to give it time. I’m so sorry! I sent two other packages the same day without problems.
