@hgphotos so they finally emailed me back this morning! They said that there’s not much I can do it’s all from the buyer. 😔 You have to contact them and tell them you need a shipping label to return the item (you can use the same box it was shipped in I believe) all free of charge and your money will be refunded after I receive it. I am sooo sorry, again that was completely my fault. Thank you for your patience Heather.
