londonperdue I've had topshelf chefs asked me if I've ever been to school to learn to cook, LoL! Hands on training and trial and error. And yes, Memphis have some good southern foods! londonperdue @suckamc I have family that lives in Lansing. They've lived there for more than 50 years. I started to move to Michigan many years ago, back in my teens, 18/19 or so years old. But a close family became ill the very day I was going to hit the highway, but decided to stay.
