svarela108 @heathermcox if someone is interested they'll probably "like" your item. And if they think the price is too high, then they can make a private offer. No one will be able to see that offer but you'll get a notification. You can accept that offer, counter with your own, or flat out decline. It's best to counter their offer. If people "like" your item they'll get notifications on your item every time you drop the price 10% or more.

svarela108 @heathermcox it's the same shipping price for everything. However if you drop the price by 10% or more they may randomly select your item to get free shipping.
