thelilacbush @heatherwhite610 unfortunately, I have to do it according to Poshmarks rules. What they require is you ship them back, I note I received them back, at that point you're money is refunded. You'll have to repurchase them then. I'm very sorry for the headache, the hurricane was originally supposed to drop 30" of rain here and it was crazy here for a few days trying to prepare.

thelilacbush Heather, it appears as if you never actually requested a return. If you had, Poshmark would have emailed you a return label. After 4 days, they release the funds. I would have gladly accepted the return as it was my mix up had it been requested.

thelilacbush @heatherwhite610 - I don't want my last reply to seem short. As of right now, all I can do is contact Poshmark myself & wait on their reply. I would love to be able to give you a return shipping label, but all return labels are issued from Poshmark's customer service team. When I try to open your sale in my seller account, it is showing as "delivered" and closed, so it doesn't allow me to do anything at all (as the order is showing that it was accepted by you, with a 1-star rating).

heatherwhite610 @thelilacbush I’m sorry that was the only option it gave me, I reached out to Poshmark 3 times since I received them. I guess I will wait another day to hear back? I am new to posh mark so I’m not exactly sure what I did wrong but I apologize. Will you please hold the Ugg’s that I purchased for me?

thelilacbush @heatherwhite610 at this point I'm not not sure what can be done. They've closed the transaction. Poshmark isn't like ebay where I can chose to issue a refund. They don't give that option.
