smallrachel Hey heather. Looks like you peeled the heel of the Donald pliner boot. Would you Happen to still have the pieces you peeled off so I can have them repaired. They were destroyed like this when I shipped them to you and I wish you would have left them as is when you returned them rather than peel layers off the heel.

msbentton @smallrachel I don’t have any pieces the boots arrived damaged I took one boot out and saw the damage and put them back to send back to u maybe you should not say things are new when they aren’t it’s frustrating
