jackierct Hi, Heather. This process has taken so long that I now would not be able to receive and accept the shirt. I explained this to PM in writing. Minutes ago I got a label to ship the dress to your buyer, which I will deal with today. But I need for her to ship the shirt back to you and not to me. PLEASE have PM send her a return label with YOUR name and address. What a mess!!! Sorry things did not work out.

jackierct @soproud They used to be so prompt. This should have been a no-brainer on PM’s part. I just cannot receive/accept a pkg. It won’t get here from the VI in time. I already got a label to send the dress to your buyer (which I’ll do today), so I assume she got a label. I’m not sure about how communicative she is. I hope PM will send her a label to mail the shirt back to you instead of to me. Please let PM know that this is what we want. Thanks.
