sheenab26 @heatherbz Heather, Poshmark has notified me that you think there's an issue with the North Face jacket and you marked it as "not what was described." I'm wondering why that could be? It's described clearly and pictures were provided..

heatherbz @sheenab26 it's listed as gently worn. Yes the zippers do work fine but it's been worn more than just gently. There are two burn spots. One is a hole on the shoulder and the other where the fleece is melted on a sleeve. One of the buttons are missing where it can be used as a liner. I understand it's used but I wasn't informed of any of that and that's not noticeable in the photos. I can't spend $100 on that. Believe me, no one is more disappointed than me. :-(

sheenab26 @heatherbz I had no idea there were any imperfections what so ever.. it's been in hanging up in my closet for a year now. I didn't even try it on before I sold it because I was assuming it was in the condition I had last left it in. I'm sorry that this was the case. If you wanted to offer a lower price than we can work that out, though it's a pain to ship back and forth.
