bsginnyc Hi Heather, thanks for leaving me the feedback on the blazer, I genuinely had no idea about the missing button as I’ve never unrolled the sleeve and always worn it cuffed as JCrew sold it that way originally. I contacted Poshmark about giving you a partial refund or anther make good but they told me they couldn’t help me as the seller, but that you can reach out about any issues as the buyer. I’m truly sorry for the less than 5-star experience!

Apologies if this note double posts, I received your feedback about the blazer and I feel terribly, I genuinely had no idea as I’ve never uncuffed the sleeve, it was sold that way by JCrew. I contacted Poshmark so I could refund you but they said only the buyer can request. I’ll look for a similar button to mail you if you’d like! Truly sorry for the less than 5-star experience!

tchouseofstyle @hsmith1998 Hi Heather how are you I just took that blouse to be dry cleaned for you . And went back to pick it up they lost one of the buttons that goes on the sleeves which is a removable bottom but I do have extra Chanel are buttons that I can send to you so you can replace the two buttons and take the chain out of the one that is supposed to go there and use it for the neck so let me know they are looking for at the dry cleaners
