hdubbs01 @delenab1978 i did file a claim but it is not a scam. The money has already been taken from my account. The product was not as described. I'm not familiar with their claims process but I'm guessing that I would need to ship the product back to you if the claim is approved. If denied, they would transfer the funds to you.

b_messer46 @delenab1978 I would say don't let one person make you close your closet. You have a beautiful closet and I believe many people would want to help you. If she doesn't pay and files a complaint you will get the products back or you will get paid.

b_messer46 Yes. She has to take pictures and submit them, then the poshmark team sees if they math description. If her point is valid she gets her money back after you receive the product back. If it matches the description and she is just being uncooperative then you get the product back and she gets a refund.
