boymama_shops Hello Heather! I just got a notification today that I accidentally switched your sweater with a dress when I was packing items. I feel like an idiot!! So you will be receiving a dress not your sweater. I have written poshmark and asked if I can pay for lables for you and the other girl to mail to each other. I hope they will let me do that. I'm so sorry! I seriously can't believe I did that!!!

soph_heinrich Hey there! I was involved in the switch up with the Billabong shorts and lulu lemon Long sleeve from a few weeks ago. I was just making sure you received the shorts because I sent them out to you about a week ago. Also, I have not heard back from the seller for a while which is starting to make me become worrisome. I wanted to know if you had sent the shirt back to the original seller and knew if they’d received it.

heatherhamman @soph_heinrich hi. I did receive it. Thank you so very much for sending them. I did initially ask the seller if she wanted me to send it directly to you and you to me (I had this happen before) and it seemed like the most efficient way to do it. But she didn't reply so poshmark opened a case and approved the return. When I received the return label I sent it back to her.

heatherhamman @soph_heinrich Unfortunately it happened to be in the middle of when the post office was shut down due to weather but she would definitely have them back by now. I will see if the case is still open and follow up.

heatherhamman @soph_heinrich I just told them that you sent it directly to me and I confirmed that I received them. They know that I sent back the purple top so that should clear up my side. Just let me know if you have any updates.

heatherhamman @soph_heinrich I would contact them - at least then they will be able to link all 3 of us together quicker that way. I'm not sure how it works on thier end but I would think it would be helpful if they can confirm the 3 that got the mixed product
