berlabod @millicentgar Thank you. I bought my first item and received it yesterday. It was so gross and miss represented. A sweater, SZ S/M, post said One size and totally pilling everywhere, under arms, sleeves etc. I was so grossed out.

lemonposh @berlabod they will ask you to send photos which take one of the tag showing the size is wrong. Tell them what all is wrong you'll be able to return and get a refund.

berlabod @millicentgar Yes, I did. They have already approved it. I just can't believe that a seller would have such an opposite description. Not too impressed with this site so far. I do much better on ebay.
