Thank you for your purchase for the Mark New York jacket. I just wanted to let you know that it will probably need a dry cleaning. I only wore a few times but has been stuck in the closet for awhile and will need a dry clean. if you prefer to cancel the sale please let me know. Just want to be honest. Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for letting me know. I have a few questions. Is this a wool coat? Are there any odors like smoke, pets, or perfume? Any signs of wear, spots, discoloration, etc?

The material is more like a heavy rain coat material so it’s easy to wipe off and easy to clean. If this is not for you - let me know and I won’t ship it out.

Hi Lee,
I emailed customer service, and if you don’t ship it than I can cancelthe order on 10/13. It’s strange they don’t have a different policy.
Here’s the info:
If your order has not been shipped after 7 days from the time it was purchased, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
We are unable to cancel orders until the start of the 8th day from the date of purchase.
