oleku Hi, I tried to polish the rings around the purse to give it an extra shine and the color on the ring faded a bit, I will be taking it to a LV store near me, I just didn't think it would be fair to still ship it since it happened after your purchase. Once LV fixes it, I may relist it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
