highlandroad @heather2215 Are you using email associated with PM, gmail/yahoo etc? Log in to your regular email, scroll to email from PM stating you sold...., open that email- you don't have to open PM in the email to obtain the mailing label. Scroll to bottom of email and there will be a pdf you can click and print.

highlandroad @heather2215 Aww just caught you may have trouble with your actual email acct. You can try recovery with whatever service you have. I'm not sure how to change your email associated with PM. Let me check into it.

highlandroad @heather2215 Go to PM account tab, click profile, tap email address. You will receive email with one time code use, enter code on verification screen. Enter new email address.
