I’m so sorry you felt like you didn’t get 5 star service from my transaction. The dangerously cold temperatures and ice storms kept me from being able to get out of the house for a couple of days. I always shoot for 5 star service but Mother Nature sometimes has other plans. Have a great winter in Texas!
