msullivan034 Hey Hun - it looks like your new to Posh so I wanted to apologize again that your item arrived broken. Under posh policy you should send this back for a full refund instead of keeping and giving the seller a poor rating for something outside their control. I apologize again for your receipt of a item broken during shipment but hopefully knowing you can return and refund will make this experience better!

shopmethis @msullivan034 okay I’m sorry about that I mean I’m using it still but I do feel like it’s something that can be prevented for sure iv had things shopped to me in the past that were fragile and have arrived not damaged but like I said I use the product I bought any way so it’s okay I just would have liked it better had it not been broken loss face powder is hard to keep from getting all over and returning is such a pain in the butt but thank you for ur concern have a great day

msullivan034 @shopmethis I’m glad that you are still able to use the item. I’ve sent plenty of items myself that have not arrived damaged. The two items I sent this day both ended up damaged so this was clearly a shipping error. I pride myself on being a top seller and posh ambassador and when I receive a negative rating I always reach out to my buyers. I would appreciate you either deleting your rating or sending back the item to remedy this situation and to be fair.

Some of us strive to provide good honest sales and I expect the same of my buyers in return to provide constructive reviews and to approach me with any issue. As with any selling platform my rating is the way to represent my integrity to sellers. Those who misuse the rating system to express their displeasure with USPS jeopardize my experience. stephie1403 @shopmethis It was first scanned the 26th. If you look at the tracking it shows for some reason it kinda just stayed in one place but now it seems to be moving along again. I just thought it was odd that it was taking so long. The postal service can be weird sometimes but it looks like it's on its way now. I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that it was mailed quickly and hopefully you get it soon 🙂. I'm sorry the post office is taking so long.
