starrynight24 @hederfeder oh no :( I’m sorry to hear that! Are they too small? If that’s the case, don’t give up hope. I have a pair of Teva Ember Moc shoes that have that same up-or-down heel and I’ve worn them the heel fabric has stretched a bit. If they are too big, sometimes it works to get a pair of the Dr. Scholl’s gel soles or even just the little pads that go under the ball of the foot and doesn’t show.

They asked that I reach out to you and suggest that you open a formal case within 72 hours of receiving the package so that they can assist you with the return of the item. finefeathergal @hederfeder hey girl, thank you so much for responding. yeah I’ve been very confused with this whole debacle 🤦🏼‍♀️ but according to poshmark you can “open a formal case” and they will help you return it. they didn’t give me any more details. Or my friend had the same thing happen, and she emailed the recipient (which would be you) the label and had her ship the item to the buyer. So I guess whichever you are more comfortable with?
