bellebeautiara @mschirra83 hi! This is @bellebeautiara. You purchased Dylan Duck Boots from my boutique. They were shipped, hence the tracking. Not sure why they did not arrive at your doorstep. I hope you understand that delivery is out of my control. I sent an email to Posh to find out what can be done, but it should include insurance to protect your package. You can file a USPS claim. I guess we can see what Posh has to say first.
