clb302closet Hello. The purse you purchased does not have a musty odor. I cleaned the interior with Tuff Stuff cleaner which has a lemon/citrus scent. I then stuffed the purse with tissue paper to keep its shape. I do this to all my lined bags and have never had any issues or complaints regarding smell. Thank you.

pa2ca2001 @burgesscl I appreciate you cleaning it prior to shipping. I'm not sure why, but it has a very strong smell, like a basement, not citrus. I could smell it as soon as I took it out of the bag. I sprayed it with some EO and put it outside to try to get the smell out of it. It should be fine since it is cloth. I have no reason to be untruthful about this.
