lauriemcm @truckeeblue Just got an email back from Poshmark. But you need to do is open a case against me stating item not as described. Then you just explain that the eyeliners were dry and you might have to take a picture. Then they will investigate although I’ve already sent them an email saying that it’s OK to refund. Then you should get your refund! Again I’m sorry I really had no idea
