I'm so so sorry about switching your bag with the other bag. 💔🤦🏻♀️ I had a kidney stone surgery which isn't an excuse but I prob should have waited to ship until the next day.
please forgive me. I had this happen once before and they printed me a label to send the item to the other person and vice verse. so sorry for the hassle though.
