kateyesazul I really wish that you had spoken to me first regarding the lotion. As you can see I have 100% perfect rating on posh Mark. It is quite detrimental to my status. I contacted the Versace company asking why something that was never opened or used would appear that it was. I didn’t even so much as swatch. However, I contacted Versace and they did say that it is possible that when shipping Hot weather could cause the bottle to expand, and the lotion could rise to high to top, causing a spill over.

kateyesazul I guess I’m just a little disappointed that you gave me a two prior to reaching out to me and letting me at least explain myself, and or contact the company which I did. If you would like your money back, I would be more than happy to do so. Again, as you can see I do have 100 percent positive feedback and I do pride myself on that, and complete honesty.
