bee_hippie @conwaymartin hi Heather, I am sorry to hear you had a problem with your hammitt bag. The bag is new and should not have had that issue. Hammitts are guaranteed for life. I would contact Hammitt and see if they can replace or repair the bag at no charge. They are an amazing company and I am sure they will stand behind there product. I own several Gammirss myself and have not had an issue. Maybe this is something to do with the suede product line of the suede VIP?

conwaymartin @eposher1 thanks! I did contact them but haven’t heard back yet. My mom was able to put a few stitches in it so it’s fine for now, hopefully I will hear back from them! Thanks for the response!
