heatherlbarn @ashyapple hi. I am very sorry this has happened. The rings we're the same size but due to the chains and the rings being so dainty it is possible to have the chain slip out of the ring. I will offer a refund as I no longer have any jewelry supplies. I will look into how to make this happen. In the short term the chain with small fingers can be slipped back into the office ring and the ring be closed with needle nose players. I will still offer a refund.

heatherlbarn @ashyapple okay. Just read how to do this. Go to the order for this and select the inquiry tab. There should be an areas where you can begin to request a return. Start the process and Poshmark will work with both of us to resolve this.
