poshbehavior Heather you ordered shorts from my closet and left me a one ⭐️ rating. You stated you never received the shorts-if you did not receive your order why did you accept order? It shows it was delivered and if it was not why did you not report it to Poshmark. Your purchases are guaranteed through Poshmark and you even have the option to report a problem before you accept your order. I have emailed Poshmark support to see how we can resolve this matter.

poshbehavior @heatherrr00x In all fairness that is not my fault. In your purchases you can clearly track your order and as soon as it showed delivered and you hadn’t received it-it should have been reported. You gave me a very poor rating for something I had no power over.

poshbehavior @heatherrr00x I did everything I was supposed to do as a seller. Anyhow hopefully poshmark will help us resolve the issue. For future reference though make sure you track your orders because once it shows delivered poshmark only gives you three days to report an issue before they release funds.
