shopstop01 Hello, I have received my item, it is wonderful, but it seems to have a extremely bad odor. I was wondering if the item was in a pet or smoke home. I am just concerned about how to care for the item. In the time that you had it, has the scent gone away after dry clean? There also seems to be some wear around the neck and arm holes which was not listen in the description for this item. I am wondering what I could do to fix these problems. Its a good item, but i want to make it better. Thank you

hbarcus1 @shopstop01 hi! There was no odor when I shipped it. It’s been in a pet free and smoke free home. I apologize, but I hadn’t noticed any wear around the arms. I’ve always dry cleaned the coat, which should take care of any smell it might have picked up upon shipment.
