Id just like to clarify with you that the way posh mark works is that when you give a rating it’s how it was received, packaged, if it was damaged, used etc. there was nothing wrong with my product and i’m not too sure why you gave me a 4 star rating and then said could improve - other and lower ratings affect my appearance on the platform not the product just trying to figure out so i can improve for my other customers thanks.
