sarahmc57 I am sorry but our local PO closed at noon It is already 2:53pm EST So I called The main PO for High Point and they TOO closed at Noon. I regret I can not ship until Thursday but it will go out then. I saw where your address is 3-Day Priority shipping time schedule. By Saturday! Another issue as I pulled out the brown Jcrew T-Shirt I was horrified to see about 4 little tiny holes. I will send it with your other items anyway. Is there another t-shirt/ top you would like to pick out to replace?

manleyh @sarahmc57 I’m not worried about the items not shipping out until Th. I’m worried about the condition of the items. Do any of the other items have any flaws? Any other holes, snags, pilling, fading odor etc? If so I might want to cancel the whole order sadly.

sarahmc57 Oh I don't mean to alarm you. But I have checked over each piece front & back. The only shirt w a flaw is the brown long sleeve with the tiny holes that I regretfully overlooked when I put it in the closet. I never sell any item with flaws unless it is written in the description. And that is rare! let me know which piece you want to replace your shirt? BTW These particular items are all clean, NO snags, fraying or holes of any kind!

sarahmc57 B TW Also comes from a pet and smoke-free home. So no strange odors. It is scary enough buying by sight only and not "feeling" it. That is why I stick with name brands to guarantee my customers the same quality these brands offer! examples:: J Crew, LL Bean, Columbia, Lucky Brand and so on. Any concerns still? sarahmc57 @manleyh ...well we have another problem. The red LL Bean long sleeve top was sold a month ago. Why it was not marked sold I do not know. i have contacted poshmark about the item still for sale. they have not responded yet. either way...i can refund you OR you can pick out another top i sold over 400 sales in 2019 AND never have i had any problems like this. lol Its up to you...just let me know what to do.

Sorry i could not gain your confidence. im rather happy to do so...i was selling them cheaper than 10 each so it makes a better deal for me not to sell...j crew is not cheap....but you have a happy new year anyway!

sarahmc57 @manleyh. no problem....i just assumed since you were the one w a complaint. ill take care of it this morning! pronto! i may have to contact Poshmark to figure out how to cancel. Never had a situation like ours....i dont really know the process of refunds or returns. i I shall learn what i need to know about canceling an order. i suppose ty for this oppurtunity. ive just never dealt with a customer like you...so be patient. ill figure it out and give you a total refund!!

manleyh @liningparis Thank you for answering questions I had.I appreciate when a seller replies&informs.In regards to the Kate Spade storage cover with purses I think it must depend on which KS purse you purchase&what store you purchase from.I just bought a small purse from the actual KSstore online this Oct 2019 it came with a pink cloth bag w/ KS logo in black lettering.I have 2 other purses purchased from KS online store&one has the same pink cloth bag&the other has a deep brown one
