mahonpie Heather this is @mahonpie I see the comment about the Emilio Pucci boots, not sure how that could happen they were in perfect condition when I shipped them😜. I submitted a request to Posh to see if they can refund you, not sure how that works, hopefully you will hear from them.

heathermnw @mahonpie thank you so much! It is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen - they looked great when I got them and I was so excited to wear them. I accepted the order but it was a few days before I got the chance to wear them. They fell apart as I was walking through the grocery store 😳 I figured you weren’t aware they would do that, but I wasn’t sure how else to address the issue. Thank you so much for your prompt attention. I would send you a photo if I could figure out how. 😜
