honey_mushroom Hello! I apologize; I had to cancel your order for the slouchy cream sweater. When packaging it up I noticed some staining at the armpits that I hadn’t realized was there. I really do apologize- I didn’t want to send out an item that was damaged in that way. Hope you understand and Happy Poshing!!

cettinarenata Hi while I was buttoning the coat I notice that the thread of the first button loosened. I kept the coat in the closet for a year. So when I inspected it, it was perfect in every part, but didn’t think to check the button’s thread. If you send me your email address I’ll send the pictures!!! And you’ll let me know what to do! Sorry but as I said it’s perfect in every other aspect!
