My home is not entirely smoke, or pet free. I will do my very best to ensure that any garments are freshly washed according to the garment care instructions prior to shipment. This includes taking the item to the cleaners. Items taken to the cleaners will be sent in the cleaners packaging. Items with tags that cannot be cleaned without removing the tags will be sent “as is” and could potentially have home odors. I will indicate if that could be the case on the listing. I use my local Tide cleaners. Heat sealed barcodes used by dry cleaner will not be removed from the garment prior to shipping. Please allow extra time to provide the cleaning. Unfortunately I am unable to clean Items that are not considered garments, including but not limited to shoes, handbags, stuffed animals, household items, and bedding in original packaging, etc. Please allow up to 1 weeks time for your package to be shipped. I ship 1X a weekly on Saturdays, no exceptions.
