I’m still trying to figure out how to proceed on my end..... I think what happens is as soon as I receive that item back I am supposed to approve it? It’s a little confusing as to how I get another label and send this one out. Gosh I’m so sorry

OK so what happens is that after the item is rec’d back to me then you r refunded after I approve it which of course I will. At that point you will likely have the option to purchase the purse again. In the meantime I will go ahead and put another listing up for you so that you can purchase it whereas you will have the correct purse in a couple of days rather than waiting. That is, if you want to- totally your choice. Just making it easier for you and try to make up for the misunderstanding.

@pink_cloudz No worries, accidents happen! Glad we are able to resolve this so quickly! :) I definitely still want to purchase the purse. I'd be happy to go with the scenario of purchasing off a new listing to get it sooner, vs. waiting on my return to go through etc.
