Hi Heather, thank you for purchasing the Aldo shoes. I plan to ship them out today. While packing them, I noticed the insoles are starting to lift at the heel. It shouldn't have an effect on how they look or feel when you wear them. Just wanted to let you know before shipping them. Please let me know if you have any concerns. Thanks again!
