jeessien Hi. It’s me again. I promise I have shipped the item but looks like the post office has caused a delay. I dropped it off at USPS site(Staples) on 6-4 but the item was not picked up by Post until 6-6. I am going to call USPS today to see if the item is in transit. So very sorry this is happening as I strive to take the item for shipment within the required window.
