kimseely My watch came yesterday, I was so excited and it is so pretty. However, one of the chains was broken when I took it out of its box...I don't know how this would have happened?? I called my jeweler and emailed them some photos and they told me it could be fixed..so YEAH!!! Thank you for my pretty watch. I can't wait to wear it.

ellejenn I would have rather sent a private message, but couldn’t find how to contact you. It’s too late for me to do anything about it now, I just don’t want it to happen to someone else. I bought a pair of shoes from you in September and they felt off. I didn’t realize until recently when I went to add orthotics to them that one shoe is a different size. Hope you’ll make a point to check both shoes before you sell them. It makes me not able to resell them.
